Open Call for Art Project Ideas 2011 Exhibition

Open Call for Art Project Ideas 2011 is an exhibition which introduces a selection of works at the free public zone spaces in Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA). Among the 140 artworks applications received from all over Japan, 8 works have been selected for display by the Special Jury (Mr. Yutoku Taishi, Mr. Makoto Tanijiri, and Ms. Midori Matsui) and the Hiroshima MOCA curatorial team. In this collaborative exhibition, the public will be able to enjoy various genres of artworks such as installation, video/photography and painting in the general setting of the museum space.

Closed	Monday * The museum will remain open on the public holiday dates of September 19 and October 10. On this occasion, the museum will be closed on the Tuesday of the week (September 20 & October 11).
